Returns & Refunds Policy

At Spectacularly Special, all physical products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect colour selection

  • Customer ordering errors

  • Unwanted items

  • Personalised or custom-made products

Please check all product details, sizes, colours, and personalisation information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at spectacularly.special@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with our production and shipping partners.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, templates, spreadsheets, and other downloadable products are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed, except where required by law.
