Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Spectacularly Special. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Because many of our products are made to order, please check whether your item is eligible before requesting a return.

How to request a return

Email us at spectacularly.special@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll sort it straight away.
